  • Tuesdays, 6 pm - 7 pm in Great Cambourne in our Tai Chi studio. Tai Chi for Health and Energy.

  • Tuesdays, 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm in Great Cambourne in our Tai Chi studio. Chen Style Tai Chi.

  • Saturdays, 10:00 am - 11:30 am in Great Cambourne in our Tai Chi studio. Exploring the depth of Yang style Tai Chi.

  • Saturdays, 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm in The Pavilion, Alconbury, Huntingdon PE28 4LT. Tai Chi for Health and Energy.

School syllabus is comprised of different tools to experience Tai Chi principles and explore the Art of Tai Chi Chuan.

Yang style Tai Chi

  • Up and Down movement

  • Long form

  • Refined form - this form was developed by Huang Shen Shyan and taught just to several people. So most teachers and students are not aware of its existence. This form develops the skill of the so-called Receiving Force. Luckily my teacher, Wee Kee Jin, decided to share this gem of the Art with us.
